Shipping and Returns
Most items shipped within 24 hours using USPS or UPS. Assembly plans,
due to the nature of the item, are not returnable. Other items
returnable with 14 days of purchase if in new and unused condition, and
restocking fees will apply depending on the item. You must contact us
prior to sending your return for an authorization number and
instructions. Paintball equipment undergoes extreme duress and is not
returnable once used. However, manufacturers warranties apply and should
you product fail within the specified warranty period, please contact
the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Privacy Notice
We will not use your personal information for any reason other than
to process your orders.
Conditions of Use
Please use our website responsibly. By purchasing our
products you warrant that you are over 18 years old and that you are the
responsible party whom will supervise how our products are used.
Reckless use of our products or use of our products without proper
protective gear can cause injury, and you as the purchasing adult are
responsible for supervision of any use of our products or plans. Our
plans are sold as do-it-yourself projects. Alternative Paintball will
not be held responsible for any injury or loss sustained by products
built from our cannon plans.
